Bookings for 20 people or more.
- A guided tour (English, French or German and from April 1st to September 30th, guided tours in Chinese) in 5 parts: working model gallery overlooking the historic site, diorama, exhibits, film featuring archive footage and souvenir shop.
- Visitors can take self-guided tours (leaflets available in 19 languages)

- Free of charge for guides and coach drivers

- For school groups:
- For every ten pupils, one accompanying adult gets in free
- For adult groups:
- 1 free admission ticket for every 20 adults
